Value a business

value_business

For a business you own or operate.

Inputs
Revenue model, MRR, monthly churn, month-over-month growth, and months live. Active users, CAC, and LTV are optional.
Returns
Valuation range and midpoint, ARR multiple, 0–100 investor score, archetype, factor breakdown, and the three improvements that would move the score most.

Analyze a business-for-sale listing

For an Acquire.com, Flippa, or broker listing.

Inputs
The figures the listing states: asking price, monthly or annual revenue, profit, growth, churn, customers, and age. Yearly growth and annual churn are converted to monthly rates.
Returns
Everything value_business returns, plus whether the asking price is below, within, or above the model range, and the asking price as a multiple of ARR and profit.

Explain the methodology

Inputs
None.
Returns
The published formula, base multiples, factor caps, score weights, archetype rules, and limitations.

Every result includes the engine version, the exact inputs the model used, and a list of anything it assumed, derived, or capped. Values outside the model's bounds are rejected with a message naming the field, so the assistant can ask you instead of guessing. Each result also includes a link that opens the estimate in EvalyMe, where you can save and track it.

04 · Privacy and limits

What happens to your numbers

The metrics your assistant sends are used to compute the response and then discarded. EvalyMe does not store them, and our logs record only which tool was called. Your assistant handles the conversation itself under its own privacy policy. See our privacy policy for details.

Results are directional estimates from the published methodology, not appraisals, fairness opinions, or investment advice. The model is revenue-based and uses no private transaction data.
